Working with Ken is something that everyone should get to experience.  He has a way of seeing beyond the fears, doubts, and false fronts that I had put up so that we could talk about the real me.  It is unbelievably liberating experience to be able to sit down with someone who truly understands what is beneath the surface.  A blessing.

Working with Ken is like cleaning out the garage.  At first you just look at it and think, “This is a mess that I just don’t want to deal with right now.”  Soon, he helps get everything out on the driveway.  You clean the floors, get rid of the junk, and put back only those things that you want to keep.  When you are finished, you look at the neat tidy garage and ask yourself, “Why didn’t I do this a long time ago? I am free from all of that stuff that I didn’t know what to do with and was building layer upon layer of unnecessary stress.”

What were the results you walked away with for you and those around you? 

I asked Ken to help me with an extremely talented employee who was on a path of self-destruction due to some of his interactions with other employees.  All of my coaching was not getting the job done, and I couldn’t risk losing a person with this talent level.  Ken patiently coached the two of us during a half-day session and ended up helping a valuable employee save his career.

Ken helped me to understand myself better, which made me better at life, marriage, work, being a parent. I would encourage anyone who wants to be set free from what holds them back to spend time with Ken.
