My experience with Ken was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Ken is honestly one of the smartest, most intuitive people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. After a few meetings, with Ken’s guidance, I was able to identify reasons I was holding back and not as confident as I needed to be.

Ken helped me identify the qualities I have that I could not see within myself. He guided me to identify my strengths and I became a more self-aware leader. I am much more comfortable in my role as CEO.

The support and guidance Ken provided me was amazing. I realize I have all I to be an effective leader. Ken enabled me to identify areas in which to focus in order to become a better listener and communicator with my family and team.

I would encourage any leader to pursue time with Ken. Initially I thought a female executive coach would better suit me. After spending time with Ken, I knew he was the right fit for me. His guidance and wisdom was exactly what I needed as a new CEO.
