NASCAR on FOX Broadcast Team
Ken,
Thank you for what you did for me and my NASCAR on FOX teammates, Mike Joy and Darrell Waltrip! There is no doubt our time with you is a huge reason we were teammates for 15 years, broadcasting NASCAR races and not only just did the broadcasts but played off each other and truly enjoyed our time together for many hours.
For a team of three broadcasters to be together in any sport is unprecedented!
You helped us understand ourselves individually as well as a team. The one thing that impressed me with your approach is, you did more listening than talking. You listened to what we had to say one on one, then as a group and pointed things out to us, our strengths and our weaknesses.
You also have a very open mind and truly grasp that no two individuals, or no two teams are the same and, depending on the personalities of each person, may need to approach situations in different ways!
I would highly encourage any individual or team (and remember a team is two or more people working together towards a common goal) to reach out to you to find the best formula to find yourself and to work off each other’s strengths and weaknesses to find the ultimate goal: Success and self-satisfaction!
One last thing, I realized what you bring can help a person, or group, in professional, as well as personal relationships!
